This website would not be here if it were not for quite a few people. Jake, thanks for randomly mentioning the March of Remembrance and Hope to me in the first place! None of this would have happened if I hadn't found out about it. The trip would not have been nearly as special if not for the people who were on my bus- Crazy Bus 7! Even though quite a few of you also attend Muhlenberg, I didn't really know any of you very well before. I got really close to a lot of you on this trip, and I am thankful for that opportunity. You are all remarkable people and that was reinforced tenfold by the time the experience was over. I knew when I walked into the classroom in Moyer that first night that this was definitely going to be pretty interesting. Everyone was outgoing and chatting away, not very usual for a first class. That great dynamic continued the entire trip. I am looking forward to a reunion. I miss everyone! It really stinks (although it was neat in one respect) that everyone from UPS is so far away :( But thanks for the emails and remember the forum is always here. Please everyone keep in touch.

We were all lucky to have the leadership we did as well. Professor Pettit- you rule. You were definitely the rock and foundation of the trip and I really can't express how grateful I am that I got to experience this trip with you as our leader. It would not have been comparable without you. I feel like I know you a lot better than I did starting out, and its great to have that sense that you have a friend in the Muhlenberg faculty. Professor Gossai- you did a great job the last day too! Especially getting us out early enough that we actually got to go to Old Warsaw. I also enjoyed sharing music with you and we have to chat when I get back to Muhlenberg in December. I also love your sense of humor. You seem like such a quiet person until one sits next to you during a boring lecture! :) Haim was phenomenal as a guide and he also really helped make the trip as special as it was. Who would have thought when we ventured out we would have a Robin Williams look-alike as our guide, who was just as funny and extremely knowledgeable. Maud, thank you for telling your story, as well as about meeting your husband on the bus. Betsy, thanks for that psychological support and also for your mediation skills. Yurek, thanks for imparting your knowledge of Polish history for us all. It was great to be able to go, "what is that building on the hill", and have our own historian to tell us the answer immediately. Piotr, thanks for keeping the bus safe! I really can't get over just how lucky we were to have all of you for support. You are really what made this trip as great as it was.

Thanks to everyone who works on the March of Remembrance and Hope program. It was extremely well run and I know I will take quite a few lessons from it with me for the rest of my life. I am a different person thanks to this trip and so I thank you all for working so hard to put such a well-designed experience together.

In terms of web stuff, Doug Gorton, as always, thank you. You helped critique every part of this site and gave me a lot of great feedback on my graphics, etc. Also thank for the two graphics you designed when I got really tired of making them all. (Just as an FYI, all the graphics on these pages are ones that I created (except for 2 that Doug did) and if you haven't tried to make a website or graphic before just to give you an idea of how long it takes, each graphic took me between 30 minutes and 4 hrs, and each page individually roughly 5-10 hrs at least, the photo page probably about 30 hrs. so thanks everyone for reviewing and making sure everything works the way it should.)
